Things to do once the event is Allotted :

1) Communicate in the WhatsApp group(Briefing message and PickUp List).

2) Once you get the driver’s contact number kindly co-ordinate with him

3) Call the vendor and inform him about the number of people.

4) Once all pickups are done send count to the Pushkar – 8669021690

5) Reach BMCC half hr before the departure.

6) Take jamming sessions like Introduction, Antakshari, Dumb Charades game, Dance etc.

7) Please take photos of all receipts immediately.

8) Carry a Medical kit with you without fail.

9) Please do not pay the driver any amount as all is already paid in advance to bus

owners.

Detailed Itinerary:

Take KM Reading at the first and last pick-up point.

1) Collect Badges, Food boxes and Walkies from BMCC.

2) Pick up from Wadeshwar,FC road at 5.30 Am

3) Pick up from Shivajinager at 5.45 Am

4) Pick up from Nashik Phata at 6.15 Am

5) You will reach the base around 9 - 9.30 Am Have your breakfast.

6) Start the trail as soon as possible with a local guide.

7) Return to the base by 3-4 Pm and have your lunch.

8) Depart to Pune.

3) As a Team Leader, you should be physically Fit.

4) Briefing message to the participants.

5) Group Management: The leader must manage the group effectively. Ensure that the

stays together, maintaining a reasonable pace and assisting participants who may be

struggling.

6) Communication: The trek leader should maintain clear and open communication with

participants, fellow guides, and support staff. Regular updates and instructions should be

provided as needed.

7) Decision Making: The trek leader must make informed and responsible decisions

considering the group's safety and well-being. This may include altering the route or

turning

back if conditions become unfavourable.

8) Carry your own trash: Emphasize to all participants that they must carry their own

trash

throughout the trek. Each trekker should have a separate designated bag or container for

their waste.

9) Environmental Conservation: Encourage participants to appreciate and learn about

the

local flora, fauna, and geography while promoting responsible trekking practices.

10) Crisis Management: In case of emergencies or unexpected situations, the leader

should

stay calm and take appropriate actions to ensure the safety and well-being of the group.
