Konkan region is among popular tourist destinations located along the Western Coast of India, near the Arabian Sea. These destinations are known for their beautiful beaches, historical significance, breathtaking views and natural beauty. 

• MALVAN : Malvan is a town situated on the west coast of Maharashtra near the Konkan region. It is know n for its rich historical and cultural attractions. Malvan is famous for its seafood and Malvani cuisine which includes dishes like Malvani fish curry, Prawns Fry, Fish Fry, sol kadhi, etc. The town is a paradise for seafood lovers.
• Water Sports : Malvan offers various water sports activities such as Scuba diving, Parasailing, Jet skiing, Banana Ride, Bumper ride etc. The clear waters of the Arabian Sea make it an ideal destination for water sports enthusiasts.
• Sindhudurg Fort : This fort is built by the Maratha king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in the 17th century, is a prominent historical landmark as this fort is built on an island and is a popular tourist attraction. Visitors can take a boat ride to the fort and explore its architectural beauty.
• TARKARLI : Tarkarli is a coastal village located near Malvan, known for its pristine beaches and islands. Tarkarli Beach is one of the main attractions in the area. Its white sandy shores and clear blue waters make it an excellent spot for relaxation and swimming. The beach is less crowded compared to other nearby tourist destinations.
• Devbagh : Devbagh sangam, a southernmost end of Devbagh form confluence of the Karli River flowing into the Arabian Sea. Sunset is the peak time to watch this nature expression. Mingles secretly with sea waters from behind Devbagh’s famous confluence also known as a local word ‘Mobar Point‘
• Tsunami Island : This Island is located close to the scenic coastal town of Tarkarli & has a relatively young history in terms of tourism. This picturesque destination gained popularity after the unfortunate event of the 2004 Tsunami, hence the name 'Tsunami Island. 
• Seagull Island : It’s a mini island that gets covered by the Australian Seagull Birds and they stay there from October to March. The island diminishes during high tides and low tides. When you will visit the island, you will experience the magic of nature.
• Kunkeshwar Temple : It is an ancient Shiva Temple situated in the Kunkeshwar village, which is 14 Kms from Devgad town. It is surrounded by a pristine beach with a long stretch of seashore and white sand, adding to its beauty. This temple has charming architecture reminiscent of the South Indian style of temple architecture, which the Yadav Kings built in 1100 A.D. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj rejuvenated this temple many times and was a frequent visitor. It is also known as the Kashi of South Konkan and is explored by devotees during the Mahashivratri festival. The vigilant Shiva deity bestows blessings on everyone who surrenders to its feet.
• Vijaydurg Fort : Vijaydurg, the oldest fort on the Sindhudurg coast, was constructed during the regime of Raja Bhoja II of the Shilahar dynasty and restructured by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Earlier, the fort encompassed an area of 5 acres and was surrounded by sea on all four sides. This fort was built in the 12th century and was conquered by Chhatrapati Shivaji in the 17th century. It is also believed that Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaja named this fort as Vijaydurg, meaning the ‘fort of victory’. The Rameshwar temple is located inside the Vijaydurg Fort.
